April 19, 2013 Chautauqua

From the Editor's Computer

There's a story about precocious young girl who was enthusiastically running up and down an aisle somewhere.  Her exasperated mother finally made her sit down and behave.

The girl sits down and says, "I may be sitting, but inside I'm still running."

Are you outwardly acting in a certain manner while inside you wish you were doing or being something else?

Are you doing something outwardly to conform to someone else's plans while inside you are dreaming and doing something that is meaningful only to you?

Are you outwardly projecting a certain image in order to fit in somewhere while inside you are the total opposite of that image?

Is it possible for you to bring the inner you out into the open so you can live more authentically and true to your own nature?
